Inconel flat washers are high strength flat washers that exhibit excellent corrosion resistance and can withstand extreme temperatures. Since the Inconel series has a high corrosion-fatigue strength, high tensile strength, and resistance to chloride-ion stress-corrosion cracking it is used in many extreme environments such as submarines, propulsion motors, and the aerospace industry.
Inconel 600, 625 & 718 Properties
Inconel 600: Nickel-chromium alloy with good oxidation resistance at higher temperatures, with good resistance in carburizing and chloride containing environments.
Inconel 625: Is a non-magnetic , corrosion - and oxidation-resistant, nickel-based alloy. Its outstanding strength and toughness in the temperature range cryogenic to 2000°F (1093°C). Can be used in a variety of extreme conditions from heat shields to special salt water applications.
Inconel 718: Is a high-strength, corrosion-resistant nickel chromium material used at -423° to 1300°F. It can easily fabricated and is used from everything from gas engine turbines to cryogenic tanks.
We have a selection of Inconel flat washers we keep in stock such as USS, SAE, and fender washer styles. If we do not carry them off the shelf, we can make them per your specifications. For washers, we have the capabilities to do short runs (under 100 pieces) to a larger run productions.
